What do people get wrong about TS10?

That amber is always safe. If the record shows red, the code is available. That a camera van is a PCN. It can be criminal. That 3 points cannot tot you up. On top of 9 they can. That it is a speeding code. It is a traffic signals code. The speed at the lights can be a separate SP30 on the same stop.

What happens if I ignore a red light notice?

If it is a criminal TS10 process, ignoring it puts 3 points in play without you. If it is a PCN, ignoring it is a penalty charge process, not this code. The heading of the notice is the fork. Paying the wrong office, or ignoring both, is how people end up with enforcement plus points.

A keeper who does not name the driver can collect MS90 at 6 points instead of passing a 3 point TS10 to the actual driver. That is worse arithmetic. Name the driver in time.

A second camera two weeks later is a second 3 points if both are TS10 criminal cases. 3 plus 3 revokes a new driver. 3 plus 9 tot a full-licence driver.

How does TS10 affect insurance and a driving job?
