Assumptions

Caveats

  • These monthly, yearly and saving figures are calculations from the published per-crossing price, not figures published by the operator.
  • Tolls come from the Merseytravel 'Tolls, Fees & Charges' page (Valid from 1 April 2026) read via the browser on 7 September 2026; merseytunnels.co.uk links to it as the official schedule. Class definitions are from the merseytunnels.co.uk vehicle-class tool. Whether solo motorcycles are charged could not be verified on official pages, hence null. Queensway has a 3.5t weight limit except local buses and emergency vehicles; Kingsway 38t.
